Highlights
Sunflower Seed Oil - We sourced our raw sunflower seed oil from a small family farm in Georgia where they grow their own sunflowers and cold press them themselves leaving all the nutrients intact.
The high concentration of around 60% linoleic acid helps maintain the skin's natural barrier and locks in moisture to prevent trans-epidermal water loss.
Borage Seed Oil - One of the best oils for dry, sensitive, easily irritated, often itchy or eczema prone skin. High in an important essential fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which can repair even severely dry and irritated skin.
Cranberry Seed Oil - Grown in the USA and cold pressed on a small family farm in Washington.
Cranberry seed oil is unique for its balanced ratio of omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids as well as housing potent antioxidants and phytonutrients, including vitamin E, carotenoids, polyphenols, phytosterols and phospholipids. It's a powerhouse for skin health.
Frankincense Essential Oil - This essential oil can help to stimulate cell growth and regenerate skin cells while keeping existing cells healthy. It can help to calm acne, reduce age spots, heal cracked skin, helps to reduce redness and skin irritation along with strengthening and toning the elasticity of the skin.
- We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. We do not ship internationally.
- We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered.
- A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
- We ship Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays.
- Shipping estimations at checkout are for business days and non holidays only. We can not control how long a package takes to arrive. If you choose to pay for a specific shipping option, instead of choosing our everyday free shipping, we are unable to refund that shipping cost if your order does not arrive in the estimated window.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so before it is shipped out.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes.
- If shipping insurance is opted out of, we unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
A'del gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unopened, unused merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a refund. If you have purchased $1 re:do returns insurance your return is free.
Used products can be returned for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be reviewed and if they appear used or open in-store credit will be issues.
Products that cannot be returned are sale items and gift cards. All BLACK FRIDAY sales are final.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:
Shipping packages to our customers as quickly as possible is very important to us. Due to this, we are unable to cancel, change or modify an order once it has been placed. Customers are responsible for ordering the products they truly desire and using the correct shipping address. Please review your cart thoroughly insuring that the products you added are correct. Also, double check that you entered the correct shipping address before completing your order.
Products marked “final sale” are not returnable. ALL Black Friday sales are final sale.
