All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or order cancellations.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied so please reach out to us if you are having any issues.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
- We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered. Mail is moving slower this year and we hope you all understand. Thank you!
- A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
- HAND SANITIZER: Any order that includes hand sanitizer will not be eligible for FREE Shipping. It contains alcohol and cannot be shipped air and will be required to ship ground which will take a few days longer to arrive.
