Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so before it is shipped out.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes.
- If shipping insurance is opted out of, we unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
A'del gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unopened, unused merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a refund. If you have purchased $1 re:do returns insurance your return is free.
Used products can be returned for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be reviewed and if they appear used or open in-store credit will be issues.
Products that cannot be returned are sale items and gift cards. All BLACK FRIDAY sales are final.

I’ve been using the blue lagoon cleanser now for about a week and it’s been great for my face. Helps with the my oily skin, any acne that comes and it also helps with my sensitivity like redness and dryness.
I absolutely love the way the makeup feels and looks. Wish I had an easier way of applying the cream foundation easier.
