A'Del Natural Cosmetics Subscription Policy
By purchasing a subscription from A'Del Natural Cosmetics, you agree to recurring purchases according to the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be automatically charged for each recurring order unless you skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription before the applicable order is processed.
Subscription Savings
Subscription customers receive 15% off eligible subscription products on every subscription order. The subscription discount applies only to products enrolled in the subscription program and may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, sales, or offers unless otherwise stated by A'Del Natural Cosmetics.
Subscription pricing and benefits available to new subscribers may change from time to time. Any changes applicable to existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to the customer.
Shipping
Subscription orders follow A'Del Natural Cosmetics' standard shipping policy. Orders of $85 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $85 are subject to our standard shipping charge.
Eligibility for free shipping is determined according to the order value and shipping rules applied at checkout or when a recurring order is processed.
Recurring Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize A'Del Natural Cosmetics and its payment and subscription service providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription order according to the delivery frequency you selected.
The amount charged may vary if you modify your subscription, add or remove products, change quantities, or if applicable taxes, shipping charges, product prices, or other applicable charges change.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers can manage their subscriptions through the A'Del Natural Cosmetics customer portal. Depending on the available options, customers may:
- Change their delivery frequency
- Reschedule an upcoming order
- Skip an upcoming order
- Update payment or shipping information
- Add, remove, or change eligible products
- Cancel a subscription
Changes must be made before an upcoming order has been processed.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the customer subscription portal.
Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring orders. Cancellation does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Once a subscription order has been processed, it is subject to our standard Refund Policy.
There are no cancellation fees.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we or our subscription service provider may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you regarding your payment method. Subscription orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed.
Product Availability
Subscription products are subject to availability. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we may delay, modify, substitute where expressly authorized, or cancel the affected subscription or order and will communicate with the customer when appropriate.
