Thank you for shopping with us at A'del! We want you to love your cosmetics and skincare products but we also know that things sometimes don't work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of the order date for an exchange or in-store credit.
RE:DO
This add on at checkout provides free return shipping for exchanges and store credit, as well as shipping insurance for lost, stolen or missing packages. Each customer has the option to remove this at checkout. If a customer opts out of RE:DO at checkout, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping are not covered.

If you send an item back without going through our return portal or use your own shipping label, we won’t be able to process the return and it will be denied. Thank you for understanding!
As soon as your return is processed in our facility, you will immediately be notified. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for returns to be processed once they have reached our facility. Your store credit will be issued via the e-mail address used at checkout.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange, or store credit. Our Black Friday and A'del Anniversary sales are final sale.
Items arrived damaged or defective may be replaced for free or given store credit by contacting Customer Service within 3 DAYS of delivery. Please open all items and inspect them once they are delivered, even if you are ordering ahead of when you need to use them. We can not replace damaged items after 3 days.

Complimentary Foundation Color Matching Service:
Reach out here before ordering for a complimentary foundation color match. This service also includes helpful tips and video tutorials for each of our products, as well as a guide to choosing the correct skincare products for your skin type. If we match you incorrectly, we will send you a new foundation shade, no hassle on your end!
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:
Getting packages to our customers quickly is very important to us. Because of this, we can’t cancel, change, or modify an order once it’s been placed. Please make sure you order the products you really want and enter the right shipping address. Check your cart carefully to ensure everything is correct, and double-check the shipping address before finishing your order.
Also, remember to choose your preferred shipping method before checking out, as we can’t change it once the order is placed.
