- We offer free shipping on all orders $85+ in the U.S. We do not ship internationally.
- We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered.
- A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
- We ship Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays.
- Shipping estimations at checkout are for business days and non holidays only. We can not control how long a package takes to arrive. If you choose to pay for a specific shipping option, instead of choosing our everyday free shipping, we are unable to refund that shipping cost if your order does not arrive in the estimated window.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times.

This add on at checkout provides free return shipping for exchanges and store credit, as well as shipping insurance for lost, stolen or missing packages. Each customer has the option to remove this at checkout. If a customer opts out of RE:DO at checkout, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping are not covered.

How to use

Start with clean, damp skin:
After showering or bathing, gently pat your skin dry, leaving it slightly damp. This helps lock in moisture.

Scoop a small amount:
Scoop some of body butter out of its jar and warm it up between your hands. A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount.

Massage it in:
Gently massage the body butter into your skin using circular motions. Focus on dry or rough areas like elbows, knees, hands and heels. This product can also be used on the arms, legs and face.

Allow it to absorb:
Let the rich formula absorb into your skin for a few moments, leaving your skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated.

Use as needed:
Apply daily, especially after a shower, to keep your skin feeling nourished and moisturized all day long.

This product contains pink grapefruit essential oil which can cause photosensitivity. If you are using this product on areas where your skin will be exposed to the sun please allow product to absorb into the skin for at least 12 hours before engaging in sun activities.
Our bergamot essential oil is bergapten free which means it is not photosensitive.

Cold-Pressed Extraction
Cold-pressed extraction is a gentle, mechanical process that preserves the oil's natural integrity. Seeds or nuts are pressed at temperatures below 120°F (49°C), ensuring:
- Maximum retention of vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids
- Preservation of natural aroma and therapeutic properties
- No chemical solvents or additives
- Pure, nutrient-dense oil that nourishes your skin
This traditional method may yield less oil, but what remains is the highest quality—exactly what your skin deserves.
Avoid
Heat & Chemical Extraction
Many commercial oils are extracted using high heat (up to 450°F) and chemical solvents like hexane to maximize yield. This process:
- Destroys heat-sensitive vitamins and antioxidants
- Alters the oil's molecular structure, reducing effectiveness
- May leave chemical residues in the final product
- Strips away the oil's natural aroma and color
- Requires bleaching and deodorizing to mask damage
While cheaper to produce, these oils offer minimal therapeutic benefit and may even irritate sensitive skin.
