Oil cleansing is a luxurious and therapeutic method for skin care that
offers incredible benefits when used correctly!
Massage the cleanser into your skin for 1-2 minutes. The gentle
massage helps dissolve makeup and daily grime. The crucial step of
steaming your face with a warm washcloth follows: steam your face
for at least 1 minute to open pores and release toxins. Once the cloth
cools, gently wipe away residue. If makeup or oils remain, repeat the
warm cloth step until your face feels clean. This ritual should be
relaxing, with aromatherapy benefits from essential oils. For any
lingering makeup or oils, continue wiping gently with a warm, wet cloth
—consider using a Norwex cloth for best results. Afterward, spray the
hydrating mist all over and immediately massage in the face balm.
The Hydrate step primes your skin to absorb the nourishing oils in the
balm or moisturizer, don't skip it. The entire process takes about 4-5
minutes and makes for a wonderful end-of-day routine!
Morning Skincare:
We recommend using the full set once daily, typically at night. In the
morning, we suggest starting with dry skin brushing the face. Facial
dry brushing offers a myriad of beauty benefits, such as boosting
circulation, enhancing skin smoothness and exfoliation, promoting
detoxification via lymphatic drainage, and improving overall skin
appearance. Next, gently wash or even steam with a soft cloth and
warm water (we suggest a Norwex face cloth). Follow with hydrate
and moisturize or face balm before applying makeup or as a
standalone routine. You can skip the cleansing step in the morning.
