Oil Cleansing is an ancient practice based on the science that like attracts like. Oil breaks down oil. Harsh detergent based cleansers and foamers only strip the skin of its natural oils resulting in a vicious cycle where the skin is excessively dried out from the cleanser thus triggering the body to produce even more oil to combat the dryness.
But in our beautiful Blue Lagoon Cleanse Argan and Borage Seed Oil are the stars that not only cleanse incredibly well, they may be what help acne sufferers gain control over their skin. While Borage Seed Oil has high levels of GLA content, Argan Oil contains both linoleic and oleic acids which not only reduces inflammation and acne but can assist other ingredients penetrate the skin more easily. Blue Tansy Oil not only looks beautiful with it's aqua hue, it's also part of the chamomile family so I like to call it "sleep for the skin". It's profound calming attributes contribute to both creating balance for both the skin and the mind.

Note
Color variance from batch to batch is absolutely normal. The product color comes entirely from the most incredible blue tansy flowers on the planet. We do not add any artificial coloring, so differences between each harvest are to be expected and embraced. The blue shade can vary from an aqua green to blue grey or to a truer lake blue.
- We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. We do not ship internationally.
- We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered.
- A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
- We ship Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays.
- Shipping estimations at checkout are for business days and non holidays only. We can not control how long a package takes to arrive. If you choose to pay for a specific shipping option, instead of choosing our everyday free shipping, we are unable to refund that shipping cost if your order does not arrive in the estimated window.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times.
- If a package is returned to sender due to a “wrong address”, there will be a resending fee where the customer is responsible to pay.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Re:do as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Re:do is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Re:do Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Re:do covers the subtotal of the order, the Re:do premium, shipping costs, and taxes.
- If shipping insurance is opted out of, we unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
A'del gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unopened, unused merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a refund. If you have purchased $1 re:do returns insurance your return is free.
Used products can be returned for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be reviewed and if they appear used or open in-store credit will be issues.
Products that cannot be returned are sale items and gift cards. All BLACK FRIDAY sales are final.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:
Shipping packages to our customers as quickly as possible is very important to us. Due to this, we are unable to cancel, change or modify an order once it has been placed. Customers are responsible for ordering the products they truly desire and using the correct shipping address. Please review your cart thoroughly insuring that the products you added are correct. Also, double check that you entered the correct shipping address before completing your order.
