The Blue Lagoon Cleanse  If you have sensitive skin, oily skin or struggle with breakouts this gentle cleansing oil may be right for you.  It boasts Argan and Borage Seed oils, both of which have anti-inflammatory properties.  This is good news because it could help acne sufferers gain control over their skin.  

The Blue Lagoon Hydrate softens the skin while attracting moisture to it.  Aloe Vera and Glycerin is the best combination for reducing rough and flaky skin, protecting it from water loss as well as increasing the skin's water content.  This is an important step before applying any oil based moisturizer as it helps to keep the oil from sitting on top of the skin instead of soaking deeply into it.

Note 

Color variance from batch to batch is absolutely normal.  The product color comes entirely from the most incredible blue tansy flowers on the planet. We do not add any artificial coloring, so differences between each harvest are to be expected and embraced. The blue shade can vary from an aqua green to blue grey or to a truer lake blue. Keep in mind that in cool weather, the balm will be more solid, and pale in color. In warmer weather or in heated rooms, as The Blue Lagoon softens (or even liquefies) it will appear darker. All variations contain the same incredible anti-inflammatory action that makes this treat so very special.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. We do not ship internationally.
  • We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered. 
  • A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
  • We ship Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays. 
  • Shipping estimations at checkout are for business days and non holidays only. We can not control how long a package takes to arrive. If you choose to pay for a specific shipping option, instead of choosing our everyday free shipping, we are unable to refund that shipping cost if your order does not arrive in the estimated window.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times.
  • If a package is returned to sender due to a “wrong address”, there will be a resending fee where the customer is responsible to pay.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE 

  • We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Re:do as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases.  Re:do is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.  
  • Re:do Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items.  When replacing an item, Re:do covers the subtotal of the order, the Re:do premium, shipping costs, and taxes.  
  • If shipping insurance is opted out of, we unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.  
Return Policy

Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or in-store credit.

RE:DO 

This add on at checkout provides free return shipping for exchanges and store credit, as well as shipping insurance for lost, stolen or missing packages. Each customer has the option to remove this at checkout. If a customer opts out of RE:DO at checkout, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping are not covered.

white strips in hydrate bottle: update

An update on my last review on December 20. Minutes after I reached out to the customer service at A'DEL, Madeline reply to my email and offered a refund and a replacement set. At Madeline's request, I sent her a picture and a short video of the Hydrate so that the production team can look into it. The replacement set arrived last night. We inspected them this morning (under natural light) and everything looks good.
I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars - the customer service deserves 10 stars. During my email correspondence with Madeline, she was very polite and responsive, totally professional. The process was way easier than I had expected. The company apparently cares a lot about their customers. I will come back and get something for myself when my current skin care products run out.

Finally Something that works!

I have always struggled with very dry skin in the winter and consistent redness. Since I started using the blue lagoon set, especially the cleanser and face balm my face has felt clean, refreshed and well moisturized so I am not getting more dry patches! My complexion also seems more clear and even probably because the face balm helps with redness and irritation. I love this set. I recommend it definitely to those with dry skin.

white strips in hydrate bottle

I order a Blue Lagoon Set on Oct. 24. Today I noticed several white strips/patches at the bottom of the hydrate bottle. This is clearly not normal. I suspect that the set were already expired or were about to expired when I received it. This set was bought for a family member with sensitive skin. I hate to think that the product I bought for her might have harmed her. I am quite disappointed as I had expected better product from a family-owned American business.
I have sent the company an email. I will update my review once the company gets back to me.

I love these products.

I’m 57 years old and have been using these products for at least a year. I really like the smell ( not overwhelming) and the way they make my skin feel. My husband has said a few times on, on his own accord, that my skin looks really good. I would definitely recommend these products.
