Return/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

A'del gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unopened, unused merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a refund. If you purchased $1 re:do returns insurance your return shipping is *free. Used products only qualify for in store credit in the amount of the purchase price. Unused products qualify for either in store credit or money back in the amount of the purchase price. Customer is responsible for return shipping if they accidentally ordered items they did not want. You can start your return here.  

A'del offers exchanges when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order has shipped. You can start your exchange here.  If you have not purchased $1 re:do return insurance your return will be in the form of store credit.

Items arrived damaged or defective may be replaced for free or given store credit by contacting Customer Service within 3 DAYS of delivery. customerservice@adelnaturalcosmetics.com

Used products can be returned here for in-store credit of your purchase price within 30 days of purchase. (Please note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and ineligible for returns.) All returns will be reviewed and if they appear used or open in-store credit will be issues.

*re:do provides free return shipping for exchanges and store credit. If you are returning for a refund due to “change of mind”, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you used our foundation color matching service and we matched you incorrectly, you may exchange your foundation one time. Please contact customerservice@adelnaturalcosmetics.com for assistance. (this one time exchange is only available to those who used our color matching service. If you picked a foundation shade without using this service, you are not eligible for an exchange.)

If you opt out of “route protection” at checkout, your order will not be insured if lost or damaged and a resending fee will apply if a new order is requested.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:

Shipping packages to our customers as quickly as possible is very important to us. Due to this, we are unable to cancel, change or modify an order once it has been placed. Customers are responsible for ordering the products they truly desire and using the correct shipping address. Please review your cart thoroughly insuring that the products you added are correct. Also, double check that you entered the correct shipping address before completing your order. 

Products marked “final sale” are not returnable. ALL Black Friday sales are final sale.
