The star in our formula is Raw Coconut Oil. We splurged and purchased raw virgin coconut oil which is very rare in cosmetics. Raw coconut oil is centrifuge extracted instead of chemically extracted which means no heat is applied to extract the oil leaving the highest percentage of vitamins and nutrients totally available to the skin. The quality of this oil is second to none and you'll feel the difference in your lips!
Our formula also contains hyaluronic acid. The key benefit of hyaluronic acid is hydration and its unbelievable ability to retain moisture. It is said to be able to absorb 1000 times its weight in water! Imagine that kind of hydration on your lips!

How to Use
You can use the lip conditioner at night as an overnight lip treatment, throughout the day as often as you like, as a primer under lipstick or as a gloss over lipstick. Either way you use it you'll love how it feels and how it performs.
- We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S.
- We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered.
- A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
- We ship Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays.
- If you need to change, modify or cancel your order you may do so within 1 hour of placing the order. It cannot be changed, modified or canceled after that initial hour. To cancel or change your order, email customerservice@adelnaturalcosmetics.com
- Shipping estimations at checkout are for business days and non holidays only. We can not control how long a package takes to arrive. If you choose to pay for a specific shipping option, instead of choosing our everyday free shipping, we are unable to refund that shipping cost if your order does not arrive in the estimated window.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so before it is shipped out.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes.
- If shipping insurance is opted out of, we unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
A'del gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unopened, unused merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a refund. If you have purchased $1 re:do returns insurance your return is free.
Used products can be returned for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be reviewed and if they appear used or open in-store credit will be issues.
Products that cannot be returned are sale items and gift cards. All BLACK FRIDAY sales are final.
