Blue Tansy - High in Chamazulene, which is naturally a deep, inky-blue color. Chamazulene helps to soothe dry irritated skin, reduce the appearance of redness and balance oily skin.
Camellia Oil - Traditionally used in Japan and China as the cherished secret behind their beautiful porcelain skin. It is high in skin-rejuvenating vitamins, minerals, and compounds, including Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Magnesium, Zinc, and Squalene lipids. Together these nutrients make the oil exceptionally hydrating, moisturizing, and protective with high antioxidative power and lasting results.
Baobab Oil - The oil extracted from the trees is enriched with vitamins and minerals including vitamin B, vitamin C, and Omega 3. Rich in properties that prevent collagen breakdown and promote collagen production in your skin to fight off the visible signs of aging.
Helichrysum - Luxurious acne treatment essential oil as well as healing scars and calming shaving irritation.
Frankincense - Heals the skin along with preventing signs of premature aging while reducing redness and irritation.
Myrrh - A powerful oil used for chapped and cracked skin for faster wound healing as well as preventing premature aging.

*do not worry, receiving a face balm that has softened or become slightly gritty is common. Once restored the balm will remain in its original state inside your home. The ingredients have not been compromised.
Color variance from batch to batch is absolutely normal. The product color comes entirely from the most incredible blue tansy flowers on the planet. We do not add any artificial coloring, so differences between each harvest are to be expected and embraced. The blue shade can vary from an aqua green to blue grey or to a truer lake blue. Keep in mind that in cool weather, the balm will be more solid, and pale in color. In warmer weather or in heated rooms, as The Blue Lagoon softens (or even liquefies) it will appear darker. All variations contain the same incredible anti-inflammatory action that makes this treat so very special.
- We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. We do not ship internationally.
- We Prioritize shipping your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and sent to our mail courier within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered.
- A'del Natural Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We offer optional insurance (available during checkout), which we recommend to protect against damage or loss during transit.
- We ship Monday-Friday excluding statutory holidays.
- Shipping estimations at checkout are for business days and non holidays only. We can not control how long a package takes to arrive. If you choose to pay for a specific shipping option, instead of choosing our everyday free shipping, we are unable to refund that shipping cost if your order does not arrive in the estimated window.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times.
- If a package is returned to sender due to a “wrong address”, there will be a resending fee where the customer is responsible to pay.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Re:do as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Re:do is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Re:do Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Re:do covers the subtotal of the order, the Re:do premium, shipping costs, and taxes.
- If shipping insurance is opted out of, we unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or in-store credit.
RE:DO
This add on at checkout provides free return shipping for exchanges and store credit, as well as shipping insurance for lost, stolen or missing packages. Each customer has the option to remove this at checkout. If a customer opts out of RE:DO at checkout, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping are not covered.

Shipping packages to our customers as quickly as possible is very important to us. Due to this, we are unable to cancel, change or modify an order once it has been placed. Customers

Also, double check that you entered the correct shipping address and payment method before completing your order. Payment methods can not be changed after your order is placed.
